Organizational Excellence Certificate

‎麻豆女郎 University's Organizational Excellence Certificate is designed for those with a bachelor's degree seeking education and training to promote quality and high standards in practice to effectively lead in the constantly changing field of healthcare.

• Courses are taught 100% online

The certificate focuses on the areas of:

• Quality and Performance Improvement in Healthcare
• Operations Management in Healthcare Organizations
• Healthcare Economics and Finance
• Healthcare Project and Change Management

Prospective students may apply for admission to the Graduate Certificate programs year-round.

For consideration, applicants must submit the following to the Office of Graduate Admissions (the same admissions requirements apply to students who will enroll to only one course):

1. A completed application - 
2. Official undergraduate and graduate transcripts (undergraduate degree must be from an accredited college or university)
   Official transcripts must be sent directly to ‎麻豆女郎's Graduate Admissions Office from the issuing institution's records office either by mail or through a secure electronic transcript service (such as Parchment or National Clearinghouse). For transcripts sent through a secure transcript service, please select ‎麻豆女郎 University from the vendor's dropdown list to ensure the transcript is routed to the correct place. If an email address is requested, you can route to graduate@baypath.edu. Transcripts sent by the student are unofficial and will not be accepted.
3. An original essay of at least 250 words on the topic: “Why A Graduate Certificate in (insert name of specific certificate) is important to my personal and professional goals."
4. A current resume
5. Two recommendations - 
6. A signed program requirement form, if required, for the specific certificate program 
   1. for Language and Literacy Certificate, Autism Spectrum Disorders Certificate, and Transition Specialist Certificate
   2. for Advanced Trauma-Informed Counseling Certificate.

Did You Know? Students can complete the Organizational Excellence certificate program or use their certificate coursework to continue at ‎麻豆女郎 to complete the Organizational Excellence track in the following programs:
