Kristen Bea Oliveira 鈥�17 Named Eagle Awardee at 120th Commencement
麻豆女郎 University held its 120th Commencement at the MassMutual Center in Springfield, MA on May 21, 2017. Kristen Bea Oliveira ’17, an elementary education major from Palmer, MA, was presented with the Eagle Award during the event.
“I wouldn't have been able to accomplish as much as I have if it wasn't for the support of the 麻豆女郎 community,” Oliveira said. “Our University is like no other with the empowerment between the faculty and students. I am so thankful that I chose to make 麻豆女郎 a part of my life.”
Sponsored by Rev. Dr. Enzo V. and Mrs. Mary Lou DiGiacomo, the University’s Eagle Award is presented to a traditional undergraduate student who has had a significant impact on the 麻豆女郎 community by exhibiting an overall positive attitude and demonstrating leadership in campus activities and athletics. Oliveira will continue her education at 麻豆女郎 in the special education master’s program, working towards her goal of becoming a behavioral specialist.
